About the event

This October, Catholics across England will come together for ADOREMUS, the national Eucharistic Congress, to renew their love for Jesus in the Eucharist.

To begin the weekend, Westminster Youth Ministry will be hosting a special vigil for young adults. This is your time to step away from the rush of the week and personally encounter Jesus Christ, present for you in Eucharist.

The evening is a night of Adoration, offering you time for prayer, worship and encounter.

We will be joined by One Hope Project, who will lead us deeper into the joy of the Lord through praise and worship and the gift of music.

Bishop Gerard Bradley who is Auxiliary Bishop for the Archdiocese of Southwark, will be present for a spiritual reflection on the importance of having a Eucharistic heart.

Our keynote speaker will be Father Emmanuel Mansford from the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, who will draw from 1 Corinthians 11:26, ‘Until the Lord comes, therefore, every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are proclaiming his death’.

This evening holds a space for you as a young adult to join the Church in encountering the person of Jesus in the Eucharist. It is an evening where Jesus himself is calling you to seek His face and rest in His love.

Whether you come to Adoration regulary or if this is your first time, you are welcome. Come with an open heart and empty hands, ready to receive so that we in return can freely give back to those He calls us to serve.
