Game run-through

Start the activity by explaining that the group is now going to do an activity called ‘Heads and Tails’. Explain you are going to make various statements and that they, as individuals, have got to decide as to whether or not that statement is true or false.

If they believe it is true, they put their hands on their head. If they believe the statement is false, they put their hands on their bum (hence heads and tails). You as leader then reveal whether the statement was true or false and those who guessed correctly advance to the next round, while those who didn’t get it right then sit down.

This is a great activity for introducing a theme or activity as you can make the questions you ask based around that theme.

The winner(s) is the last person standing or all those who manage to get to the end, having guessed right in all the rounds.
