Agree or Disagree
Young people are given a statement and must decide whether they agree or disagree before defending their decision.
Back to Base
A base is decided and young people must run away and hid. They must then try and get back to base a quick as possible without getting caught. This game is great for outdoor fun.
Balloon Antlers
A fun game where two teams place tights on a member of their teams’ head and the winner is the team who fills these tights the best.
Bim, Bam, Bom!
Quick, funny and repeatable. A fast pace game where you need to say your word as fast as you can.
Breathing Exercises for Prayer
Correct breathing, and breathing exercises, are a fantastic way to prepare a group for prayer.
British Bull Dog
An old classic, people must run from one side of an area to another without being caught by the people who are on.
Cheerleader Rock/Paper/Scissors
Rock/Paper/Scissors on a large scale with a twist. Every time someone loses a game, they must then become the winners cheering supporter.
Choose your base
A large group game that is great for lower secondary school young people and primary school. This game is great requires very little set up but does require a bit of space.
Create a Country
Who can create the best country and how’d you go about it?
Cup stack
Teams must work together to create a pyramid made of paper cups.
Do this, Do that
Similar to ‘Simon says’, Do this, do that works great with any size group. When an action is done and you say “do this” they must follow it, when you do an action saying “do that” they must not do it.
Faith Line
A helpful way to begin a conversation about faith and belief in God with secondary school young people.
Finger Grab
Testing reactions and helping to focus a group, in this game they have to both catch another finger and remain uncaught to win.
Garbage Art
The group must recycle bits of rubbish to create a piece of art.
Graffiti Prayer Wall
The Graffiti Wall is brilliant for helping those with a passion for art express themselves to God in a way that is most meaningful to them.
